We keep the same daily rhythm:

โ†’ reflect

But now:

โ†’ it includes environment + others


You are not doing this alone.

The Coherence Training Village includes access to
The Fractal Banquet โ€” a shared human space within the system.

This is where:

  • people come together
  • experiences are shared
  • support is available

Not to fix or advise.

But to remain steady, connected, and supported as you move through the experience.


You donโ€™t need to bring anything specific.

You donโ€™t need to understand everything.

Just arrive, and take part at your own pace.


๐ŸŒฟ STAGE 2 โ€” CONTEXTUAL APPLICATION (14โ€“16 DAYS)


๐ŸŒฟ Opening

You are now returning to your environment.

Not to fix it.
Not to assess it.

But to begin applying what youโ€™ve experienced โ€”
while staying steady in yourself.


Nothing needs to change quickly.

This stage is about:

  • staying aware
  • making small shifts
  • noticing what happens

๐ŸŒฟ The Role Shift (important)

You are not stepping into authority.

You are stepping into awareness within context.


This prevents:

โŒ fixing others
โŒ โ€œusing the system on peopleโ€
โŒ performance behaviour


๐ŸŒฟ THE ENVIRONMENT ACCESS CODE

At this stage, you are given an Environment Access Code.

This helps hold the space clearly as you begin applying the system in your setting.

It provides:

  • guidance for real-world situations
  • structure for introducing the experience to others
  • support for maintaining your own regulation

This is not a requirement.

It is a support.

Alongside this, you continue to have access to
The Fractal Banquet.

This becomes especially important during this stage.


As you begin applying the system in your environment,
you may notice:

  • uncertainty
  • old patterns returning
  • moments of pressure or doubt

This is expected.


The Fractal Banquet provides a space where:

  • you can share what you are experiencing
  • you can hear from others in similar positions
  • you can remain steady while things are still unfolding

You are not expected to manage this alone.

Coherence is not built in isolation.


๐ŸŒฟ WEEK-BY-WEEK FLOW


๐ŸŒฟ DAYS 1โ€“3 โ€” RE-ENTRY (SEEING CLEARLY)

Focus: Notice environment without reacting


Return to your usual environment.

Do not change anything yet.


Daily orientation:

  • notice your state in that environment
  • notice where pressure increases
  • notice where it reduces
  • notice when you become aware of those changes

Question:

What feels different now, compared to before you began?



๐ŸŒฟ DAYS 4โ€“6 โ€” HOLDING YOUR STATE

Focus: Stay regulated while in context


You will begin to feel familiar pressures again.

This is expected.


Practice:

  • slow slightly in key moments
  • pause before responding
  • notice your body during interactions

Question:

Can you stay even slightly more steady here?



๐ŸŒฟ DAYS 7โ€“9 โ€” SMALL APPLICATION

Focus: Gentle influence (not control)


Now, make very small adjustments.

Not to change others.

Just to change how you show up.


Examples:

  • speak slightly slower
  • reduce urgency in tone
  • allow space in conversations

Question:

What changed when you changed your pace or presence?



๐ŸŒฟ DAYS 10โ€“12 โ€” INVITING OTHERS (LIGHTLY)

Focus: Shared experience (not teaching)


If appropriate, invite others into simple moments:

  • slowing down
  • pausing
  • noticing

No explanation needed.

No teaching.

Just shared experience.


Question:

Did others respond differently when the space changed?



๐ŸŒฟ DAYS 13โ€“14 (or 16) โ€” SEEING THE SYSTEM

Focus: Recognising patterns


Now step back slightly.

Look at your environment with fresh eyes.


Notice:

  • where pressure is highest
  • where stability already exists
  • how people affect each other

Question:

What do you see now that you didnโ€™t see before?



๐ŸŒฟ WHAT THIS STAGE IS DOING

It is helping you realise:

  • the environment is not separate from the individual
  • regulation affects relationships
  • relationships affect outcomes

Because this stage is still:

learning through being โ€” not doing

This stage is not about getting it right.

It is about staying connected:

  • to yourself
  • to others
  • and to the process

๐ŸŒฟ TRANSITION TO STAGE 3

At the end, we donโ€™t push.

We simply reflect:


You have now:

  • experienced the system personally
  • applied it within your environment

From here, you can begin to explore it more fully within your setting.
