| "Get to the top" is the new name for the Rochdale based social enterprise Juniors FC CIC. It has been chosen to reflect the wider scope of our services and our aim to get to the top in everything we provide.
We support a diverse range of voluntary clubs, charities and youth projects - these are defined and highlighted below: |  |
Football in Rochdale - United JFC
We provide professional support to a voluntary junior football club in Rochdale.
We have introduced a contributions policy to make the club more self sufficient and provide the club with a Development Officer and Head Coach.
We have also linked the club in with a local mentoring charity and we co-ordinate the support provided to disadvantaged children by providing them with football activities.
Without the professional support of Get to the Top, these disadvantaged young people would not be fully supported and would not take part in positive activities. They have 6 hours of activity with us every week and we are a major influence in keeping them off the streets and away from trouble.
We have also set up an Infant Soccer School and a Pre-School Multi-Skills School for the club. Young children aged 3 - 7 can take part and be developed by professional coaches and sports leaders. The players are then better prepared to join the clubs teams as they get older.

Other Sports and Activities
We support various other sports clubs and also organise Activity Days

Schools and Community Provisions
We work with various schools, local authority departments and other service providers to
run a variety of inclusion and mentoring projects.

The Leadership Academy
Qualifications, awards and courses to improve your technical skills and leadership abilities.
The Leadership Adademy provides an opportunity for you to have support from other like minded people. Teachers, coaches, sports leaders, team managers,
referees, welfare officers, first aiders, club administrators, IT and Media staff, club development officers and groundsman etc.
